Before starting registration

An account on Sciencesconf.org (or HAL or Episciences.org) is needed in order to register or submit a paper to ICETC 2025.

You can create your Sciencesconf account by connecting here (the default language is french – see FR on the right; It can be changed to english or spanish)

You can also create your account through the ICETC 2025 conference website by using the button that is close to « login ».

Before registering, you need to connect to your Sciencesconf account.

Information for authors

Each paper accepted to the main conference program must be accompanied by registration and payment of the registration fees by at least one of the authors.

Physical attendance and in-person presentation are expected for each paper. In special cases, online presentation will be allowed.

Registration dates

• Start date: March 28, 2025
• Early registration deadline (additional fees are applied after this deadline): April 28, 2025
• Deadline: June 10, 2025

Registration fees - in person attendance:

Standard fees include attendance to the conference (admission to workshops and tutorials, invited talks, technical sessions, community meetings), conference package, conference coffee breaks and conference lunches.

Registration fees for online attendance only:

Standard fees include online attendance to the conference (admission to workshops and tutorials, invited talks, technical sessions, community meetings).

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation by email after completing the online registration.

(1) During registration the initial amount that appears corresponds to standard industrial fee. Discounts are then applied
